I get an email which includes a promotion for whatever exactly that "Pick Your Prime" thing is. I'm all set to ignore it, but I see Optimus Primal among the contenders and I'm like, hey, cool. I'll do this after all. I follow the link to the appropropriate page. I see there are three categories from which to make selections-- Honor, Chaos, Order. Not sure how the Honor category fits in with Chaos and Order, honestly, but whatever. Click on that one first; that's not where Primal is. Surprised, but okay, I can see him being an option in Order. Except guess what?
