Hey, guys. One quick question for you:

Does Inferno have any other weapons than his Flamethrower?

Well, the flamethrower is built into his gun, so he has a firearm as well. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else.

Hmm, well from his card bio "he detaches his rear leg missiles and fires them from the secret launcher hidden within his power-pinching mandibles! The claw-like pinchers also detach so Inferno can put the bite on enemies even in robot mode, when his destructive powers are at their best!"

...He never uses any of those weapons in the series though, does he?

I don't think he does use them in the series. But he has th em if he needs them I guess, lol.

Show wise he just uses the flamethrower, which can also fire missiles of some kind from time to time. Toy wise, it was always a little tough to tell with the Beast Wars toys because everything was integrated in both modes, but strictly speaking his weapon assembly consists of the gray gun piece, the outer mandible piece (which according to the instructions, could also be used as a hand to hand weapon-it's a got a peg to on his robot arm, just like the gun), the antenae that attach to the mandible piece, and two missles which also double as his back legs (and they're the same on both sides).

Sort of...by and large, the show models were very close to the toy models, especially as the show wore on and got into Transmetals. The one big exception though...was the weapons. Almost everyone had weapon changes, from Megatron's hands (and launcher in his tail), to Dinobot's sword spinning, to Primal's wrist cannons not replacing his fists...you get the idea. Toy wise though there was this general aesthetic of no real guns, only missile launchers. The only exceptions in the entire run were original Rattrap, Cheetor/Tigatron (arguably), and Terragator.
